Hotel Alpina dates back to the 1990s when it was established as the very first hostel in Gudauri. Over the years, it gained popularity among local visitors, located at an impressive altitude of 2300m above sea level.
In 2014, a significant transformation took place as Hotel Alpina underwent its first major renovation, elevating its status from a hostel to a fully-fledged hotel. The renovation aimed to enhance the guest experience by expanding the facilities and upgrading the amenities, offering a more comfortable and enjoyable stay for visitors.
The most recent renovation of Hotel Alpina took place in 2022, further refining its offerings and ensuring that it remains a modern and mountain-appealing destination for travelers. With 60 rooms spread across four different categories, it caters to travelers seeking a memorable experience surrounded by breathtaking views.
One of the highlights of the hotel is its direct access to the platter lift, providing easy and convenient access to the ski trails. This makes it an ideal choice for skiers and snowboarders to hit the slopes without traffic making the hotel a comfortable ski-in ski-out destination.
